My Ayahuasca Journey in Costa Rica

If someone would have told me a couple years ago that I’d be going to another country, by myself, to take a psychedelic plant substance with complete strangers… Yeah, I’d have thought they were nuts. Yet, it ended up being absolutely – profoundly – transformative. Lots of people have been asking me about it, so…gulp, here we go.

  • Ayahuasca as a Feminine plant and “teacher”
  • The emerging field of psychedelic science; changing global consciousness
  • My top 3 life realizations after this sacred journey

  1. Cherie, you articulated your experience in an amazing way. Thanks for being a voice for this tool we can use to heal. It is one way among so many others as you mention. I’d love the words to that poem you read. Great job!

  2. Thanks Cherie
I found your healing journey with plant medicine fascinating. I salute your bravery. I to can relate also being 52!
I have been going down a similar healing path using other things to reach the source of my trauma around similar issues. Interesting times for all of us. Thank you for your insights

  3. Thank you for sharing this amazing experience. I’ve been curious about Ayahuasca for a while now, but was somewhat afraid of it because of the stigma it has. I love the idea of using it to help with mental health problems, as medications and even healing work doesn’t always do the trick. You are a warrior and so brave to have done this, especially on your own!
